Couple with 9 mo. old infant homeless as of 9/30. Credit checks and lack of security deposit ran us into a brick wall, also I just recovered from two emergency surgeries that took me out of work 15 days. We could pay the first months rent, however we need to pay the deposit over time, or if the house needs fixing or other chores of sorts, we could repair things / paint in trade as our funds permit. Our only other option is for Momma and Baby to go to a shelter if there's room, and be forced to separate from each other as we're unmarried and the shelter wouldn't allow us to be together, which we're desperately trying to prevent as our little one really likes Dada a whole lot, and if he were to be in a shelter with Momma, due to my schedule, we'd nearly never be able to see each other, and still I'd be homeless, and likely lose my job as a result of homelessness. I am in the midst of a seperation with my wife of six years and am in need of a place to live. I currently rent a 4 bedroom house in mocksville and have four children. I would like to continue supporting my family and renting the house we are currently in for my wife and children to live in. I myself however must find somewhere else to live.

So, here's the deal. I am an extremely hard working 28 year old male. I am the owner/operator of a business located here in Mocksville. I work between 40 and 70 hours a week, bring home a good salary, and have no pets, and am by no means a party person. I'm just looking for something small, cheap, and private enough I can go to sleep when the opportunity presents itself.

Unfortunately, I was unprepared for moving out into a second home. I have no cash to put down as a deposit. Simply put, I have to pay $825 in rent, and a $1,400 grocery bill before our legal seperation goes through and makes my wife elgeible for foodstamps. All I have is my good name and a promise. It may be possible for me to obtain the first months rent in advance, and paying a monthly rent will not be an issue after that point. I just simply don't have another $1,000 laying around to put down a first months rent, deposit, etc. If anyone has it in their heart to help, please shoot me an email. I swear that I will never be a problem tenant, and you will always recieve rent on time, and your property will be kept in good condition, if not improved while I am there. I have held the same job for 6 years, and I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. I am open to any ideas you may have regarding possible repairs to your property to earn deposit, pay the deposit within 6 months, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I hope to hear from some of you soon. Also, I know I am in no position to be picky, but the rental must be located in Mocksville, not any surrounding town, and I would prefer to keep the rent cost $500 or less.

Last year I placed an ad and got so many responces with owners who were willing to rent to me.I believe because they had the opportunity to get to know me first. I currently have Section 8& Normally when Owners hear that the Renter has Section 8 it turns them away either because of previous renters or hearing horrible stories about it.Thats reason I felt the need to post this ad again while im looking for a house. I clearly want more for me and my children.Just because I have Section 8 I still believe I deserve a decent place for me and my children to live.A lot of the properties they put up under Section 8 are in bad neiborhoods or the houses need a lot of work.A lot of people accept those properties because they feel like that's all that is available to them. Section8 in a great program and I thank the Lord everyday for it because due to the economy I lost my Job after 5 years and with it im able to still have a place to Live.I was getting Morage ready taking the steps to become an Homeowner.I completed a 5month class offered at the Center of Homeownership and was cleaning up my credit to get the ball rolling.However Life throws u curves and I have not giving up on it School is my 1st priority now because before I had a decent job and was getting by.Now I know how important it is to further your education and get a skill in something to have that to fall back on.with a mortgage in the furture I will defiantly need that. My girfriend, myself and my 7yr old daughter lost our house back in May because our landlord sold our house and he claimed he had someone to pay $895 instead of the $600 we were paying without even asking us if we could handle it and have been living in a hotel ever since. We both have pretty good jobs but cant get up the first month and sec. dep when were paying $50 a night. Professional couple staying with son at Wake Forest Medical Center in Winston Salem looking for reasonable, safe, and close apartment or situation for longer recover period. We are at the hospital most of the day and many nights. Son has been in ICU for 5 weeks now as a result of motorcycle accident and will likely be there several more weeks with additional therapy weeks, in and out of hospital. Ideal situation would be one, preferably 2, bedroom set up, with kitchen and/or microwave, that is close to the Wake Forest Medical Center. Looking for reasonable, safe, short term rent situation (2 to 4 months). Hello my name is Chris, i am looking to rent a room in the home of someone else. I prefer to live with a female i have had bad experiences in the past with men. Women seem to be more responsible with paying there bills and when i wake up i don't want to be looking a man.lol. Just kidding.. I am looking to rent a rm and i am looking for something nice and very affordable. I am not looking to pay a deposit and sign some long term lease. My company may ask me to relocate and if the pay is right i might do that and thats why i don't want to sign some long lease howevr i will sign something that has the rules and what to abid by and ect.... I am a very striaght forward person, I am a very kind person and a very respectful person, i have alot of respect for women and thats another reason i would rather live with a lady. Monday and Wednesday I am normally gone all day between meetings and working on mondays and church on Wednesday nights thoses two days are pretty long for me.
Tuesday, Thursday,Friday and Saturday my days are flex with i start work.

I just recently moved back to the triad from Greenville SC where i have been the last 1yr and half.

I have a full-Time job i work in the Alarm Business as a Security Life Saftey Specialist. I protect family against Fire,Medical and Police emergencys.You got it Alarm Systems,lol.

I am a male i am biracial mix with black and white. Why do i tell you all of that because alot of you there have a problem with that. I am single I am not looking to move in a date the rommie but you never know what god has for us.

Med student & wife need room 9/8-10/4 (Winston-Salem)

Hi, my husband, who is a 4th year medical student at Loyola in Chicago, is doing an away rotation at WFU Baptist hospital from September 8 - October 4th. We are looking for a place to stay for that month. We both went to college in the area (Wake and Salem) so are familiar with WS. Both are easy to live with, clean, and can take care of your house/plants/pets if needed.

We do have a dog, a golden-doodle who is well-trained, friendly, completely housebroken, hypoallergenic and a pleasure to be with.
