In the second week of August our children's new Jeep Hurricane was stolen out of our yard.
We had not cut the grass in a few weeks and the Jeep remained park. I took the kids to have lunch with their father and when we returned the Jeep was gone. We know that someone must have loaded it up on a truck and watching the house to be sure that it wasn't moving around. We forgive you. We have no hard feelings, but what we are asking is for it to be returned. We are offering a reward leading to the return of our kids Jeep.
We are not in a position to replace it. It was a gift from their grandfather who lives out of state. The Jeep is in fantastic condition as it was purchased in March of 2009. It was just a few months old by August.
Please, we beg you and pray that you will find it in your heart to help us give this gift back to our children. They have never experienced such a lavish toy but they have also bonded and become better friends since they've spent time together riding around our yard.
Please return the Jeep. It was stolen from Hwy 66 in King. If any of you live around this area and noticed that perhaps a neighbor or relative got a 'new' jeep during this time and you question whether it was stolen, please respond. I will not report you to the police. I just want to give this gift back to our kids. We've told the kids that the Jeep is in the shop.
They are beginning to come impatient.
PLEASE. We will reward you with cash if this Jeep Hurricane is returned. I've attached a photo of what it looks like.
