just quit my job as a car salesman, looking for some folks to play out. maybe make a little money or least drink for free. this can go one of two ways:

first of all, i am an accomplished drummer with about ten years experience mainly in charlotte. i can play anything but nothing hard. from a jam band background, think bill k. from the dead meets charlie watts. pretty laid back with great pocket, should be in austin if i had the nerve.

secondly, play guitar and write my own songs. very simple rhythm player, cool tunes ranging from alt-country'ish to indie but mainly just singer-song writer like. think younger john prine who like a younger john prine should stop smoking. also wilco, james mcmurtry, townes van zandt. i gigged three times a week in boone banner-elk area with an upright bass chicka, did very well.

anyhow, i have a huge house for rehearsal, small acoustic amp that can hold a vocal, gretch drum kit, about 4 guitars and a fender deville amp. i do enjoy a beer or two while playing but am professional, have the resume to prove it. live in lewisville by the way and am 33 years old and not married. do have a sweet ass girlfriend though.
