I have a 3 br/ 2 bath house on a couple of acres on a dead end street,,,,,It includes all utilities including wi-fi, and cable, room can either be furnished or not, have free run of the house, occasional overnight guests are okay, drinking and smoking are okay, we just got to be respectful of each other,,,,,,,has all the amenities including hot tub, stereo, washer dryer,,,,
