Each room is $350 or the first floor is $600: 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, and a Kitchen.
The second floor is $300: 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, and a Kitchen.
When the whole house becomes available it will rent for $775 then you have the option of subleasing any rooms.
The house will be available DECEMBER 1st, start your Christmas and New Years off in a better neighborhood and near lots of stores (including a Walmart supercenter).
