Convenient to I-40 and Salem Lake. Roughly about 15 minutes to downtown Winston-Salem. Utilities are INCLUDED. Rent does not include security deposit ($150). Utilities include power, water, Direct TV w/NFL package, trash pickup, and wireless internet is available. Outside patio with gas grill. No pets, no smoking, no partying, and must be clean/neat.
