I am a female in my 20's, looking for a room for rent in Winston Salem, somewhere close to where I work (Peter's Creek/ Hwy 150). I can pay up to $400 a month (max). That would have to include utilites. But, $300-$350 would be more ideal. A private entrance would be great but I understand that may be harder to find. I would like a place in a house where everyone rents rooms, not just a private owner w/ 1 room available (simply because I don't want anyone to feel imposed upon). However, I pretty much stay parked in my room when I'm not at work. My boyfriend would stay over often. But he's my only friend, and vice-versa. So traffic won't be a problem. A garage or basement apartment would be ideal. I have a small dog (15 lbs.) I would like to bring with me, if possible. I work almost every day (morning/afternoons), so I would rarely be home during the daytime. I am very easy to get along with, just can't afford a whole apartment or house + utilities right now.
