The Opening is 30'W since the final 3rd cantilevers over rollers when the gate would be opened.
We never completed installation so you may have all components not concreted (3 poles).
The first and last pictures are of a smaller Liftmaster gate in Greensboro. I spoke with their facility man and a lady exiting it one day and they love it. They set theirs on a timer to open the gate in the mornings for their employees. When exiting from inside they drive over a sensor and the gate automatically opens.
This one includes a LiftMaster Photo Eye. This is the top of the line opener capable of moving a 100'L gate since I had planned a bamboo covering which adds some weight vs. chainlink.
The gate needs a final longwise parallel standoff support pipe added for when the powerful opener pulls it. It needs a chain link or your other choice of covering. I bough t1,5" diameter, 8 ft, tall bamboo fencing on roll. which I still have if you want it for an additional $3k, The bamboo was ordered from CA and is in rolls 8'H.
This gate can help secure and make more private your farm or business.
I can give you the local fence expert's name who could guide you or a fence contractor in setting the 3 poles you need and roller heights like he did on ours.
This will be a beautiful and functional addition to any property.
We will deliver it on our 40' trailer if in our area or transfer it to a longer flatbed for shipment long distances.
