This is a rare OOAK vintage piece of folk art. It is a bowling pin painted to resemble a Girl Scout. It is a cute piece with some condition issues. The pin has a crack on the backside (see pictures) and her hair is not all there. I believe she must have had a yellow bow tie that is missing.
