Job description:
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and ensuring the overall health of our outdoor spaces. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to perform essential landscaping and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for effective gardening and landscaping tasks.
Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify maintenance needs or potential issues.
Assist in planting, cultivating, and caring for flowers, trees, shrubs, and other plants.
Maintain cleanliness of grounds by removing debris and litter regularly.
Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects efficiently.
Experience
Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with horticulture practices and principles is a plus.
Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Knowledge of irrigation systems and lawn care techniques is advantageous.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
