This is a Body Analysis Scale from CVS (model BG 15).
Runs on one CR 2032 battery (included).
Max 400 lbs.
Made of tempered glass.
Measures 12"x12".

You put in your age, height, gender, and activity level, and then it provides your weight, body fat %, body water %, muscle %, BON (which I assume means bone mass, but I'm not positive if that part is working because mine was not a possible number), KCAL (which I'm pretty sure is BMR, the basal metabolic rate), and BMI.

The scale retains the personal details (age height etc) for up to 10 people, so you don't need to enter the information every time to get your analysis.

I don't have an instruction book for it, but it's pretty easy to use, I was able to figure it all out without a manual, but if you need help, there is a youtube video for BG 13 that is a very similar scale and also operates with the same 3 buttons.
