Both have higher roofs:not greater than 10 feet (room for loft beds), metal roofs, dual axle, insulated and good tires.
1 has black and grey water tanks, but no electricity. 8x16 size
1 has 200 amp electrical box, but no holding tanks for black or grey water. 8x20 size
My plan was to have 1 as bed/bath and 1 as livingroom and kitchen.
Im moving out of state and not wanting to take them with me.
