I am down sizing and barely willing to depart with this MOST "gorgeous and stunning" Century® Furniture Porters Dining Table & Chair Set that includes 8 chairs in total with 2 being Captain [Arm] Chairs (w/ Nail Head Rear Leather Backs) + a custom made Heat Resistant Table Pad Cover for larger gatherings as to protect against damage to the real wood table's surface. I would rate the overall quality condition of this set around 9.5 out of a 10 scale.

The overall factory dimensions spec'd online state 137.5" with the (2) 24.75" extensions in place. This set is stunning to say the least, so if I don't let it go for the price point I desire then I will keep it. The items are being stored at my current residence, so unless you are 100% sure it is what you are looking for, after we initially speak by phone, then please do not waste either of our time, as it won't hurt my feelings if it's not what you desire. I am not going to show it unless we are solid on pricing and your ability to transport it, because I am not delivering it. I believe the replacement cost on this set with the custom fitted Heat Resistant Table Pad Cover hovers between $32k-$35k.
