Temp Assignment Based Registered Respirory Therapists serves as an intrice member of the healthcare team Novant Health by establishing an authentic personalized relionship with the pient and their chosen support system, collaboring with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement and evalue individualized respirory plan of care th promotes optimal health or a comforting peaceful deh. The Registered Respirory Therapist utilizes best scientific evidence and compassion to assist the pient in naviging their health journey. The Registered Respirory Therapist accepts responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with the current policies and procedures.

These RRTs are temporarily assigned to one unit for a designed number of weeks based on needs of the system. These RRTs possess the skills, competency and qualificions, as well as a requirement to work in any Novant Health locion. RRT is required for this role.

• Educion: 2 Year / Associe Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
• Experience: 1 year, required.
• Licensure/Certificion: Current RCP licensure in approprie ste, required.
