Hello,

We are a mature family of 6 who have been homeless since April of 2018. We found ourselves between a rock and a hard place. My wife of 20 years had a medical expense from years ago that was billed wrongly to the insurance company. The doctors office then decided to garnish my wages as I was the responsible person. We were forced to file bankruptcy. Fast forward 2 weeks later....we get a 45 day notice from our "subletting" landlord that they can't renew our lease because the main landlord has chosen to sell the house. Because our bankruptcy was open, we were forced into a hotel because nobody would even accept this situation. We have been paying over $2000 a month because of this. Our bankruptcy has been finalzed and discharged so we no longer have any debt. Our take home and verifiable income is over $4000 and we have no monthly expenses except for liability car insurance. We own our cars completely. We just need to find a complex or landlord who is willing to work with us to get us in. We have a spotless rental history and our income is very established. Our youngest child is almost 9 years old, so there is no risk. If you can help our family, please let us know.
