I have the first and fifth issues of Holiday Magazines. Originally published by the Curtis Publishing Company, Philadelphia, PA. Holiday was an American Travel Magazine published between 1946 to 1977. Holiday’s circulation grew to more than one million subscribers at its peak. The magazine was known as a cosmopolitan travel wish book with photo essays in full-color oversize 10.75” X 13.75” package along with articles by famous authors, such as; Truman Capote, Joan Didion, Lawrence Durell, James Michener and E.B. White. The first issue of this magazine has 124 pages of Color and Black & White photos. The fifth edition has 120 pages and also has Color and Black & White photos. Both Magazines are in good condition, with the normal edge wear. $20 obo
