I can provide several references, including local references upon request.
I have worked as a professional house cleaner and cat sitter for six years serving the Triad area; basically anywhere within a 30 mile radius of Winston.
I also have some experience in cleaning post-construction sites as of 2023.
I'm very thorough, have an extremely honed eye for detail, am a hard worker, and reliable. I charge 10 cents per square foot for standard cleans, 17 cents per square foot for deep cleans, or $30 per hour. The final price depends on the job, e.g. level of mess, size of home, and time of labor. Oven cleaning starts at $100, depending on the level of build-up.
I'm mostly looking for clients around the Winston, Clemmons, Kernersville, and Lewisville area, but am willing to consider other areas as well, depending on the distance and round-trip time.
I can clean just about anything, from bathrooms, kitchens, dishes, ovens, living rooms, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, tile and grout, windows, window grooves, panel blinds, interior and exterior cabinets, tops of cabinets, interior and exterior drawers, closets, Jacuzzi and Jacuzzi jets, move-in cleans, move-out cleans, surface cleaning, deep cleaning, mopping floors, including hand mopping if necessary, trash gathering and take out, air vent grates, baseboards, chair rails, laundry and bed making.
I also provide my own supplies, or I can use clients' cleaning products of choice if desired. I have just about everything in terms of cleaning supplies, e.g. Glass cleaner, 409, toilet cleaner, a soft scrub bleach gel, sponges, steel sponges, brushes, small brushes, micro brushes, a mop, bucket, paper towels, cleaning cloths, dust cloths, etc.
I am always ready to start immediately if desired, and if I am free that day.
Before you contacting me/texting or calling me, please consider these questions.
What kind of cleaning do you need to have done? How large is your house in square footage? Do you have any pets in your home? Do you have any kind of allergies, e.g. breathing or contact allergies, to certain cleaning supplies? Describe your mess. Please do not downplay the level of mess, as that will only hinder what's necessary to get it cleaned.
I can also provide several ideas for organization, to maximize the space of your choice on some things; to de-clutter your bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, etc.
If you have a vacuum and cleaning supplies that you'd prefer I use, that's also fine.
I use a professional grade Miele Vacuum, which does carpets, bare floors, curtains, sofas, pet hair, crumbs, stray hairs in the bathroom anywhere, etc.
I also do in-home pet-sitting for cats.
My cat sitting services include going to your home to feed, water, groom, clip nails, and play with your cat, and give lots of affection if they're so inclined.
If you want to board your cat with me while you are out of town or on vacation, I can do that as well. I'm sorry, but I am unable to provide this service for dogs as well, as my house is not a suitable place for them.
