Experience is REQUIRED.
Advantage Construction & Maintenance is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with little to no training.
Requirements:
Must have experience with apartment turns (make-readies)
Must have HVAC experience
Must have plumbing experience
Experience with general maintenance, including drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, and minor electrical repairs
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic, dependable, and able to work independently
