Duties are but not limited to:
- Experience in minor renovations and installations (electrical, plumbing, drywall, framing, trouble shooting, windows, doors,
siding, trim, install disposal, fans and A/C. Paint/stain, pressure wash, wood rot repair, flooring, cabinet install.
- NO Drugs or Alcohol with ability to work independently and manage time well
- Reliable Truck/Van for transportation w/tools to tackle any and all work assigned (ladders, tile cutter, etc.)
- Travel Areas are but not limited to: Winston Salem, Statesville, Hickory and surrounding areas
