We at KUS Services, LLC are looking for a Property Preservation Crew with experience in HUD-coded lock changes, winterization, drywall/siding repair, floor repair, soffit/fascia repair, and lawn maintenance for Commercial and Residential properties all over NC.

Before Apply Please Read:

* Must know the PPW 2 mobile app
* Must have the ABC Number
* Must be willing to take good photos with tape measurements for all the damages and before, during, and after photos of all
work completion.
* Must estimate any damages found at the property they visit. We prioritize someone who has clear and open eyes for new bid
opportunities while completing other jobs at a location, property, or site.

Work to be completed:

• Lawn maintenance (weekly grass cut, trimming overgrowth)
• Lock Change
• Trashout
• Winterization
• Monthly Sales Clean
• Repairs (drywall, carpet, siding gutter, soffit/fascia, etc.)
• Roof-Tarp/Repair/Replace
• Boarding /re-glazing
• Fence repair. Etc.

Payment: Payments are within 7–10 days
Payment Mode: Bank Transfer, Zelle, Venmo
