Renting a room with an attached private bathroom in a 3 bed/2 bath house. The room can come furnished if you'd like. It has a closet in the room as well as your own linen closet just outside the door. 15 minutes from downtown. Close to Wake Forest. There's a park within walking distance that has basketball courts, tennis courts, brand new pickle ball courts and a running trail. Kitchen garden is set up for you to plant whatever you want. Asking $750 plus a split of the utilities (electric, heating oil, water, internet). Storage space in basement is possible. Lease start date is negotiable, but ideally December 1 or later. You'd be sharing the house with a single gay man in his 30s and his dog. No cats. Dog is ok if they get along with other dogs.

Common areas include Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Basement (with washer and dryer) and a Den/Game Room.

When inquiring about the room please provide some relevant information about yourself and how you like to spend your time at home (for example: are you a student?/do you work from home?/any other information you'd like to share), when you'd like the lease to start, and if you can provide proof of employment/income if needed.
