One bedroom, two bunks, one bath. Couch and table also fold out into beds. Sleeps 8.
New furnace motherboard
New back flow valve on hot water tank
AC and Heat works well in all weather
Brand new queen size mattress in bedroom
All outside seals and caulking in great condition
Very few miles, has mostly remained stationary
Currently being lived in but is in good, clean condition. Couch will need replaced, as will the bunk mattresses. Pics available upon request.
