43 year old recently divorced man. Have two well-behaved, housebroken cats that I'd prefer to keep if possible. They're good mousers. I have two small children but not 50/50 custody, just visitation.
I am a good roommate, clean my dishes, quiet, keep to myself but can socialize. Have all my stuff together, and a job in pilot mountain. Looking for a large house to share preferably another male near my age. Can pay deposit etc. I will be looking most likely for August/september. Money is definitely an issue.
