THE PAY 💰
▪️ Solo Rate: 70+ CPM
▪️ Team Rate: 80+ CPM
▪️ Guaranteed Miles: 4,000 to 4,500 per week, every week
▪️ All Miles Paid: Loaded or empty. No gimmicks.
▪️ Tarp Pay: $75
▪️ Extra Pick/Drop: $200 each
▪️ Detention Pay: $15 per hour after 3 hours
▪️ Layover Pay: $100 per day after 6 hours
▪️ Clean Inspection Bonus: We reward professionalism
▪️ Referral Bonus: $1,200 for every qualified driver you bring

DO YOU QUALIFY? 📋
We’re hiring experienced professionals who take pride in their work.
▪️ Valid CDL-A
▪️ At least 1 year OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
▪️ Knowledge of load securement with chains, straps, and tarps
▪️ Clean MVR with no major violations or accidents
▪️ Must pass a drug test
▪️ No recent DUIs or criminal offenses
